Order Concerns

I'd like to edit or cancel my order.

Orders are sent out very quickly. If your order has already been packaged, we will not be able to help. Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll let you know your options. 

Keep in mind we will do our best to catch and edit mistakes on orders before they are sent out. However, we are not responsible for replacing orders sent to the incorrect address, so please be careful to fill in your information correctly.

I haven't received my order.

Most orders are packaged and dropped off with the carrier within 24 hours of the order being placed. You will receive an email with tracking information for your package when your order has shipped.

Occasionally USPS becomes overwhelmed and shipping takes longer than we anticipated, unfortunately we are unable to assist with packages once they have been dropped off with USPS. Please contact your local post office for more assistance if your package is delayed or has been lost.

If you purchased shipping protection, you are eligible for a replacement on lost or stolen items. Please reach our to our team at westdesertdigs@gmail.com for assistance.

I am missing an item from my order.

I received an incorrect item in my order. How can I fix this?

I received a damaged item. Can I get a replacement?

2. The item that was damaged or defective.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your exchange policy?

Items can be exchanged for the same item in a different size, or a different item of equal value!

Keep in mind that only the first exchange is free- the customer is responsible for shipping expenses on any additional exchanges. 

If you would like to exchange for a different priced item, please return for store credit and you will be issued a gift card to place a new order. Please email us and we will provide you with a promo code for free shipping on your new order! 

If you choose to return for store credit to purchase a different priced item, be aware that the order placed with the store credit/gift card cannot be refunded to any other payment method- it can only be refunded back to the gift card.

What is your return policy?

When returning for store credit, you will be provided with a free pre-paid return label.

In order to keep our pricing competitive, when returning for a refund a shipping label will be generated and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. Returns will be processed within 5-7 days of receipt. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and usually take 3-5 business days to show on your account.

Orders placed with store credit or a gift card cannot be refunded to any other payment method- they can only be refunded back to the gift card. 

Original shipping costs are non refundable.

How much does return shipping cost?

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping back to our warehouse. This amount will vary depending on the weight and origin of the return. In order to simplify returns, this amount will be automatically deducted from your refund.

We do not charge any extra restock or return fees on eligible returns.

When can I expect my refund?

Returns will be processed within 5-7 days of receipt. Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment and usually take 3-5 business days to show on your account.

Shipping and Delivery

How much does shipping cost? How long does it take?

U.S. ORDERS

Standard Shipping is included in all orders and takes 5-8 business days for your order to arrive.

We also offer Priority U.S. Shipping for $11.99, which takes 3-4 business days to arrive. 

CANADA

Shipping is a flat rate $14.99 and takes 10-28 business days to arrive. 

ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping is a flat rate $14.99 and takes 10-28 business days to arrive. 


Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.

Can I schedule an in store pick up?

Yes. If you live in the northern Utah area, you can choose in store pick up instead of shipping options. Orders will typically be ready for pick up within 24-48 hours.
